Learning Support Representative

The Learning Support Representative (LSR) will be on hand to assist customers by phone, e-mail or online chat in any of the three key areas of support: education, technical, and sales. LSR’s will also be responsible for assisting with data entry, new account setup and the generation of new knowledge base articles and the online FAQ. LSR’s will also assist in performing bug testing and reporting as well as assist in monitoring the servers and reporting any problems to the Assistant Systems Administrator or the Director of IT.

Knowledge / Skills / Background Desired

  • Experience in customer service
  • Be computer literate to assist clients with their experience
  • Possess above average communication skills and strong computer skills
  • Possess a solution oriented attitude
  • Be a team player who can work in a fast paced environment
  • Post secondary or college courses an asset
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies an asset
